Bankruptcy Chapter

Value	Description
`loan.bankruptcyChapter.chapter7`	This filing is used for individual liquidation.
`loan.bankruptcyChapter.chapter9`	This filing is used for municipalities reorganization.
`loan.bankruptcyChapter.chapter11`	This filing is used for business reorganization.
`loan.bankruptcyChapter.chapter12`	This filing is used for family farmer and fisherman.
`loan.bankruptcyChapter.chapter128`	This filing is used as a debt consolidation repayment plan for Wisconsin residents.

Bankruptcy Petition Status (loan.bankruptcypetitionstatus)

Value	Description
`loan.bankruptcyPetitionStatus.discharged`	There is no longer an obligation to pay a qualifying debt, or the bankruptcy plan has been fulfilled.
`loan.bankruptcyPetitionStatus.dismissed`	The bankruptcy was dismissed by the court and is no longer in force.
`loan.bankruptcyPetitionStatus.petitionFiled`	The bankruptcy petition has been filed. This is usually the starting point for a bankruptcy.
`loan.bankruptcyPetitionStatus.planConfirmed`	Bankruptcy repayment plan has been confirmed by the court and is valid and in force.
`loan.bankruptcyPetitionStatus.reaffirmed`	Secured debt will be paid according to the original agreement. The borrower will remain in possession of the collateral.

Bankruptcy Petition Type (loan.bankruptcypetitiontype)

Value	Description
`loan.bankruptcyPetitionType.single`	Petition has been filed by an individual.
`loan.bankruptcyPetitionType.joint`	Petition has been filed by an individual and spouse.

Bankruptcy Process Status (loan.bankruptcyprocessstatus)

Value	Description
`loan.bankruptcyProcessStatus.claimFiled`	A claim has been filed for the bankruptcy, but has not yet undergone the legal process to make it valid.
`loan.bankruptcyProcessStatus.discharged`	The obligation to pay a qualifying debt is discharged, or the bankruptcy payment plan has been completed.
`loan.bankruptcyProcessStatus.dismissed`	The bankruptcy was dismissed by the court (most often because the claimant failed to fulfill the terms of the payment plan).
`loan.bankruptcyProcessStatus.noticeReceived`	Official notice of the filing of a bankruptcy claim has been received by you, the lender.
`loan.bankruptcyProcessStatus.petitionFiledVerified`	The bankruptcy petition was filed and verified.
`loan.bankruptcyProcessStatus.planConfirmed`	Bankruptcy repayment plan has been confirmed by the court and is valid and in force.
`loan.bankruptcyProcessStatus.reaffirmed`	Secured debt will be paid according to the original agreement. The borrower will remain in possession of the collateral.

Bankruptcy Automatic Stay Status (loan.bankruptcyautomaticstaystatus)

Value	Description
`loan.bankruptcyAutomaticStayStatus.courtApproved`	The automatic stay has been approved by the court.
`loan.bankruptcyAutomaticStayStatus.enforced`	The automatic stay is being enforced.
`loan.bankruptcyAutomaticStayStatus.pending`	The automatic stay is pending.

Bankruptcy Liened Property Status (loan.bankruptcylienedpropertystatus)

Value	Description
`loan.bankruptcyLienedPropertyStatus.abandonmentByTrustee`	The bankruptcy trustee has decided not to take property that may have been included in the bankruptcy.
`loan.bankruptcyLienedPropertyStatus.dischargedInBankruptcy`	A discharge eliminates a debtor's personal liability for liened property.
`loan.bankruptcyLienedPropertyStatus.reaffirmed`	Secured debt will be paid according to the original agreement. The borrower will remain in possession of the collateral.

Objection Status (loan.bankruptcyobjectionstatus)

Value	Description
`loan.bankruptcyObjectionStatus.claimFiled`	These are objections to the original bankruptcy filing.
`loan.bankruptcyObjectionStatus.dischargeFiled`	These are objections to the discharge a debtor's total debt from all creditors.
`loan.bankruptcyObjectionStatus.dischargeOfDebtFiled`	These are objections to the discharge of a specific debt from a specific creditor.
`loan.bankruptcyObjectionStatus.notAvailable`	This status can be used if you don't know the status of the bankruptcy.

Proof of Claim Filed Status (loan.bankruptcyproofofclaimfiledstatus)

Value	Description
`loan.bankruptcyProofOfClaimFiledStatus.filed`	This indicates that you have proof that a claim has been filed.
`loan.bankruptcyProofOfClaimFiledStatus.pending`	This indicates that proof is still pending.
