This request generates a download URL for a billing statement. Note the following when using this request:
Billing statements are represented by an ID. Statement IDs can be pulled by sending a GET statement history request.
This request generates a download URL and lists it within a JSON response. Use the URL listed within the "downloadUri" field to download the billing statement.
Statement download URLs expire after 5 minutes. Opening an expired URL will result in an error.
Valid URLs download the billing statement as a PDF file.
