Quick Actions are a configurable series of servicing actions that will run on an account when initiated by a user or automation. They can be used to automate series of actions and borrower communication. Note the following when using this request:
Quick Actions can be guided or automated. Guided Quick Actions require agent interaction within the UI. This request should only be used to start automated Quick Actions.
Quick Actions are often tied to LoanPro's Automated Notifications functionality. Using this request to start a Quick Action can be used to fire off borrower communication and webhook notifications.
Once started, Quick Actions are assigned an execution ID. This ID represents an individual usage of the specified Quick Action, and it's returned within the response of this request.
Quick Actions are only available for line of credit accounts. Installment loan and lease accounts do not use Quick Actions.
