Activate account

After creating a line of credit account, send this request to activate it. Note the following when using this request:

• By default, newly created line of credit accounts are not activated.
• Line of credit accounts can be deactivated, if needed.

Pay special attention to the endpoint of this request.

This request does not use OData, so it's not included in the endpoint like most other LMS requests.
